Does Asseto support ISO 27001 asset register requirements?
Yes. Annex A.5.9 (Inventory of information and other associated assets) requires a documented register with ownership. Asseto captures owner, location, status, purchase and disposal data — exportable to PDF for auditor evidence.
Can I track software licences and subscriptions?
Yes. Add each licence as an item, set the renewal date as warranty_end, track cost per seat and assign to users. Renewal alerts fire the same way as hardware warranty alerts.
Do you integrate with MDM (Jamf, Intune)?
Not natively today. Most teams import a CSV export from the MDM once a month. If you need live sync, tell us — API access is available on the Business plan.
Can I white-label this for my client-facing MSP portal?
Not on the current plans. Contact us if this is a hard requirement — we consider it case by case.
