The Service

Asseto is a SaaS platform for businesses to track assets and consumables (items, locations, movements, teams).

Accounts and eligibility

You must be at least 18 and authorized to act for your business (if registering for a company). You're responsible for credentials and all activity under your account.

Plans, billing & cancellations

Plans and prices displayed on pricing page

Subscriptions renew monthly/annually unless cancelled

Cancel anytime; access continues until end of paid period

Taxes (including VAT) may apply

No refunds

All fees are non-refundable. We do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused features, or cancellations.

Acceptable use

You must not:

Violate laws

Infringe rights

Access other customers' data

Disrupt/attack the Service

Upload malware

Customer data

You own your uploaded data. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right and lawful basis to upload/process any personal data.

Intellectual property

We own the Service and its IP. You receive a limited right to use it while subscribed.

Availability & changes

We aim for reliable availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. We may modify features to improve the Service.

Termination and data deletion

You may terminate

by cancelling your subscription

We may suspend/terminate

for breach, security risk, or non-payment

Data retention

90 days for recovery, then delete/anonymize

Disclaimers

Service is provided "as is" and "as available," to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

No liability for indirect/consequential damages
Total liability capped at fees paid in last 12 months

Governing law & venue

Governing law: Romania. Venue: courts of Bucharest, unless mandatory rules require otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Continued use after the effective date means acceptance.
